2. What ParkWise provides
ParkWise provides community-contributed information, location-based reports, saved locations, case tracking, and related tools intended to help users make more informed parking decisions.

3. No legal advice
Information on ParkWise is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for checking official signs, municipal rules, parking operator terms, or professional advice.
Users remain responsible for verifying parking conditions on site before leaving a vehicle.
4. Community content
Some content on ParkWise is submitted by users, including reports, notes, and other observations. Because community content can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or misunderstood, ParkWise does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted content.
We may review, edit, remove, restrict, or decline content at our discretion.

6. Your submissions
If you submit reports, notes, or other material to ParkWise, you confirm that:
- you have the right to submit that material
- your submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge
- your submission does not knowingly violate anyone's rights
You keep ownership of your content, but by submitting it you give ParkWise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting the service.
7. Privacy
Your use of ParkWise is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of ParkWise at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkWise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on community content, missed restrictions, enforcement actions, fines, towing, or other parking-related outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
